Due to the Covid-19 pandemic I’m also happy to provide online sessions. However, a number of measures have been introduced to ensure the therapy space is as safe as can be for clients.

I’m about supporting and empowering people to work through their problems to be the best version of themselves that they can be. I am an advocate of looking after your mental health and general well-being, I believe it’s equally as important as your physical health.

I’ve gained a wealth of experience and knowledge by working for charities such as Anxiety Alliance, where I worked with a broad range of presenting issues. If you are suffering from anxiety, depression, stress or bereavement and loss I can help you.

I have also worked with Rape Crisis Edinburgh where I worked with issues such as abuse, sexual violence, domestic abuse, childhood sexual abuse, sexual assault and trauma. If you have been affected by any of these issues get in touch, I can help you.

I provide psychological therapy offering private assessments for adults and teenagers over 16. I work with an integrative approach to therapy which means that I am able to tailor a treatment plan to suit you.

I promote an inclusive practice and welcome people from a wide range of cultural and ethnic backgrounds as well as gender and sexual orientation.

Therapeutic techniques used include CBT, Mindfulness, Person-centred, Psychodynamic, hypnotherapy and visualisation.
